edgy is still supported, maybe you have wrong idea on what it means though. We can't backport every change from unstable to all the stable distributions. Bug are closed when they are fixed to the current distribution, when we want to apply a change to an another distribution we open a backport

I've had this bug on both my desktop and laptop machines. It can open 3 or 4 windows at least perhaps 5. All show the home directory. Both run Edgy. It is currently happening quite frequently on my laptop, so let me know what useful info i can collect. It can happen after I reboot and launch

Thought I'd drop by to let you know: after resetting my Gnome configuration to defaults this problem has been fixed. Presumably it's a custom configuration that wasn't an issue in Dapper, but is in Edgy. -- [Edgy] Nautilus randomly opens home folder lots https://launchpad.net/bugs/67370 --

Thanks for your bug. Do you have any message to ~/.xsession-errors about that? Do you have some click issues with other applications too? That looks similar to bug #67517. Do you use a11y? Do you have a thin client setup? ** Changed in: nautilus (Ubuntu) Assignee: (unassigned) = Ubuntu
