Same behaviour for me with 10.04.2. In fact, when I reboot the computer, Nautilus continually open new windows until I kill the process. When the process is killed, all the instances of Nautilus close but one, leaving one window. If I close the last window, It reopen automatically. -- You

Hello A similar thing is happening with Ubuntu 11.04 alpha 1 on my Sony Vaio laptop after yesterdays update. After logging into my account the file manager goes crazy and opens a tabed window every second - and this endlessly! The CPU goes up to 100% and stays there - never dropping below 95%!
