I found a workarround. The write options are unavailable only at SMB
shares' root. Inside any subfolder, the options are available.

To clarify, when I say context menu hasn't Paste, Create Document,
and Create Folder options I mean that the options are dimmed,
unavailable.

Definitely a bug: dragging and dropping works, I can paste files to the
SMB share
