Same problem here. It managed to record three DVDs and from then it
started giving out this error.
It's persistent over brasero restart so could be the be somewhere else?

I was desperate so even tried a reboot (and power cycle) but the problem
persists. What is so puzzling is that it managed to record three DVDs
initially. With first one I had slow burning speed issue which I
resolved by fiddling with wodim and growisofs plugins priority as
documented on the web

Brasero says Not enough space available on the disc even when data to be
burned is well within the limits and Gnome-Baker burns the DVD all right.
