Import multiple Berkeley mailbox files

Unfortunately, Evolution still imports Berkeley Mailboxes individually
from Thunderbird. An alternative solution to this it to move all
individual mailboxes into
/home/user/.thunderbird/profile.default/Mail/{Local Folder or
m...@domain.com}/. Launch Thunderbird, and the files will be present as
