jfyi, tried with intrepid's evolution 2.23.91, and the landscape layout
seems to work, but curiously when using anything else than 'Print to
file' the text is missing...

Iirc I could workaround by printing it to pdf, and then feeding that
directly to cups (via xpp or plain lp) and telling the paper
orientation...
alas I can't test it anymore, since I installed feisty whose evolution
doesn't seem to have the ability to print landscape calendars at all...
:-(

- start Evolution
- click Calendars
- File - Print Preview
There seems to be no workaround to print the calendar in landscape
format.
