Title:
gnome-default-applications-properties does not let me choose different
default browser then firefox
If I change the default value via gconf-editor, it get changed back
after starting gnome-default-applications-properties

thank you for your bug report, seems that chrome doesn't handle the new
GNOME handler system, the gconf key use is deprecated

Ok, can be, but this bug should be reopened, because the gnome-default-
applications-properties should give me the option to choose a different
browser if I like to, and they do not. Before, there was an option to
choose an arbitrary command, which is missing now. I should be able to
have links as
