It seems this bug is rejected because this is a GTK issue not a gaim issue.
Check you ~/.gtk-rc2.0 (iirc) settings and you can set custom key bindings.

Yes, correct, although I would also like for this to happen with dialogs
that only have a 'Close' button, like "File Transfers" and "Room List".
