Battery indicator shows that laptop battery is fully
I also have a samsung series 5 with ubuntu 12.10 and this bug/problem
affects me also. Have anyone found a solution yet?

This happend on Ubuntu 12.04, 12.10, Mint 14 and Mint debian edition to
me. I'm on a samsung series 5.
When I'm charging my battery, if the charge hits 100%, the indicator got stuck
on 100% (never decreases again), until I shutdown. After rebooting he works
normally again.
If I stop the charge
I just upgraded to Ubuntu 12.10 and the battery indicator is still not
working when unplugged from AC power. Nonetheless, I tried what Norman
said about suspending and waking the computer and I could see my real
battery status for a while (afterwards it went wrong again with an icon
indicating as
