On Hardy:
The user has to confirm or cancel the action now, which is good.
Must do so one-by-one on every file, if you use the save all button, which is
questionable but a that is different issue.
The real problem I had is fixed now so this particular bug can be closed
I think.

I have the same bug with Evolution 2.10.1 and Ubuntu 7.04.
If I click on the save button, an existing file of the same name is
overwritten without any warning.

Best would be to have the same Save as ... menu as for the drop down
menu at the bottom of the email window.

Now it only happens when you do Save all on feisty, save seems to
catch the case when the file exists.

additional info:
this only happens when you click the top save or save all button. If
you save the files 1 by 1, then the warning appears alright.
