Binary package hint: gimp

Dual monitor.
1) open GIMP and place a window in the second monitor
2) make the window in the second monitor active
3) hover over the panels of the first or second monitor

What should happen? The global menu should appear in either panel

What happens really? The global menu does not open. To open it, one of
the GIMP windows in the first screen have to be made active.
