Which monitor who is primary are important using Unity. Unity uses the primary monitor for launcher and dhttp://askubuntu.com/questions/35465 /configuring-two-displays-with-unityash. The work-a-round is using xrandr to change this: xrandr --output DVI-0 --primary from a terminal.
