Same for me. Since I upgraded to Natty, I was never able to scroll any file in
totem. Never happenned before.
I am in the gnome 2 desktop (ubuntu classic, no compiz)

I also can't use any the right/left buttons for skipping. Doubleclicking the
window still makes it toggle fullscreen though, play/pause and next/previous
playlist object are working as expected.
