Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

I need my laptop to keep running apps when the lid is closed.  The
default behavior is to sleep.

Also, where is the setting stored?  I need to be able to set it from a
script.  for natty I used gconftool-2 - which didn't work for oneiric.
