After upgrade from Natty to Oneiric, Synaptic displays seahorse-plugins as
not installed residual config. Attempt to reinstall the package would remove a
bunch of other essential packages. (screenshot).

seahorse-plugins release after 2.30. See

Thanks for the response and bug report which doesn't seem to be worked
on; what a pity. I'll have a look if there is a gedit-plugin as
replacement.
