Hi Brendan,
I apologize for lack of information :-/
I can't reproduce the problem today both for the same file or other and
two different NTFS external USB HDD .. During the crash I used an
external HDD formatted in NTFS .

is formatted in? Can you reproduce the problem with other files or just
