Update upgrade Still there...
$ evolution

Just did an upgrade and it downloaded and installed the evolution-data-
server but the problem still exists as with the other people..

You also need the evolution 3.1.91-0ubuntu1 packages from
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evolution/3.1.91-0ubuntu1 which
haven't mirrored yet. Once I downloaded and installed those manually (if
on amd64, be sure to snap evolution-common from the i386 build), it
works again.
