Steps to reproduce:
 1) Launch Gnome Terminal
 2) Launch Firefox
 3) Launch Character Map
 4) Press alt-tab

Actual results:
The icon for Character Map shown in the app switcher has a low resolution which 
makes it look ugly and out of place compared to the terminal and Firefox icons.

Expected results:
Expected to see a high-resolution icon for Character Map in the app switcher.
