I don't think this bug is still relevant. The deskbar applet in feisty
doesn't work this way anymore. I think you can close this bug.

Here is a screenshot of the problem. The black bar on the bottom
monitor is due to the differing monitor resolutions (the black area is
not part of my desktop).
