This may be again related with gtk-3.0, please let me know which one
fits upstream gedit or gtk-3.0. Thank you.

Test case.
Open GEdit and three new files in tabs. In every file insert random letters.
Click on the window button to close GEdit or menu: File -> quit.
Save file dialog window displays only one file at a time in a single line.

Overlay scrollbar appeals displaced atm, imagine to scroll through 10+ files.

Expected.
Window should be resizable in order to allow an overview of all files which are 
about to be saved or dismissed.
At least there should be a minimum of files displayed and the window big enough 
to enjoy overlay scroll bars.
