I can't seem to discern a pattern - I just created fourt test
directories and attempted to create multiple directories inside each
one. The first one gave the error upon creation of the third folder,
Note: The poster of the bug above for the 11.10 release also mentioned
that it occured around 90% of the time on the second folder creation. I
can't say I agree in the experience I've had so far - it appears to
change almost each time and can occur on the first folder, or up to the
fourth.
