I could confirm this bug
I am using Dapper on my HP nc6120 laptop.
I could open the recorder and when I press the record button, the timer at the
bottom start to count but the slider up there did not move at all. I tried some
adjustion to the mixer refering to a thread in the dapper development

I think this bug should be reported upstream.
I actually have a browse option on right click. But this also opens SJ. If I
use the places menu in nautilus an error pops up:

Oops, repost an old comment... please ignore that one...
The local machine is windows. The remote machine is dapper. So that dbus-daemon
is running on the remote machine (the one where I start epiphany).
I probably also have a local session running
epiphany has libdbus-1-2 (= 0.60), libdbus-glib-1-2 (= 0.60) in Depends...
but it probably should also Depend on dbus itself because it doesn't work at
all without it... what's your oppinion on this, Sebastien?

Epiphany refuses to start with no session daemon running, so it is unusable.
There are 2 use-cases for me:
- a full remote desktop login (using NX, or XDMCP) - use the dbus-launch
gnome-session trick

I have 5 filters, and none of them have worked since yesterday. All the
filters do is put e-mails into the appropriate folder. For instance, I have a
filter that looks for subjects beginning in [Bug for bug reports. These
e-mails just go into the main inbox, and I have to move them manually.
That's why that bug is still open, I will add the Depends for the next upload
(I'm supposed to do that for some uploads now). Shouldn't the Depends be on
dbus-1-utils rather though?

After upgrading cupsys to 1.1.99.b1.r4929-0ubuntu8, and removing my printer and
reinstalling it, I noticed, that my printer was still detected as a HP DeskJet
500, with the pcl3 driver.
The HPLIB driver category seems to have disappeared. So I can't install my
printer.

Could you install rhythmbox-dbg in order to provide a trace with debugging
symbols ?
Also can you run rhythmbox -d and see if this is always the same song that
crashes ?

Closing this bug report, there are far too many different issues in this
report. Please file a separate new report, if your problem can be reproduced
after a complete dist-upgrade to dapper 20060414.
In particular the issues
- spaces in manufacturer names
- printing with OfficeJet 6110
Is there still something to be fixed in cupsys here? (it has an open task)
