I'm using Dapper 6.06 LTS.
I have the same problem with my HP DeskJet 3820.
Step to reproduce:
1) Start gnome-cups-manager.
2) Click New printer.
3) Under Use a detected printer select the printer that was detected by the
HPLIP backend, usually this entry has an underscore in it. In my case HP
I don't mind if evolution is using gnome-keyring.
Issue is until now, evolution never asked for a keyring passwd, and suddenly
ask for one.
The good thing is I've figured out which passwd it asked, and remembered its
value...
But now, I would like to have the previous behaviour back, i.e. no
I'm currently on 0.9.90 (0ubuntu1). The error went away with edgy. with
0.8-0ubuntu12 (as written above) the error was still there.
It was produced by crossoveroffice, when I installed a german ms-office.
This created Umlauts in the menu entries.

If I put an file on my removable device into the Trash, and then walk to
another machine, it's very convenient that the file appears in the trash

I'm using dapper. Deskbar applet includes an option to use firefox
quicksearches, but it only loads the ones it finds in your .mozilla
folder in your home folder. It should also look for globally installed
i.e. ones found in the folder /usr/share/firefox/searchplugins/

Strangely, after filling this bug the other quicksearches re-appeared.
I'm closing the bug since somehow it's gone.

Cannot install libgtk2.0-dev on Dapper.
Since rebooting, emptying the wastebasket proceeded normally, but

Daniel, it happened to gaim on my desktop too when I updated from 1.5 to
2.0beta1, for jabber, I've mentionned it on bug #28361. That's easy to
fix from the preferences but should not happen on upgrade

Same here. Using reiser filesystem for partitions. Laptop with pentium M
processor. I can see that gam_server uses 99.9% cpu then I start amaroK
but after some seconds it drops to normal 0.4% during playtime. Here
