I disagree.
This is a small fix/tweak/enhancement to existing features, something
which has traditionally been handled in this and other bug systems from
what I can see. To draft a complete specification and have it go through
boards of review and all that seems a very backwards and wasteful way

* Fixes gst_dvd_read_src_get_sector_from_time(). Now only the correct
tmap is used instead of the silly iteration through all tmaps in the
title_set.

It doesn't work for ~any~ file; ZIP, RAR, etc.
I should add that the Extract button in the top toolbar works fine.
It's the Extract button in the dialog box asking where you'd like to
extract the file that's broken.
