[Gutsy] Natuilus usability issue with location bar. Difficult to get focus on

(problem came from apt-get some where between t4 and beta). I did have
customized colors setup before I was hit by the black on black problem.

I also am experiencing this problem on gusty, but have been able to get it to
delete the tracks.
When I delete a track, it removes itself from the players DB, but the memory is
still tied up. I looked at my trashcan and didn't see icon for items in it.

Happens here too, Gutsy installer running with persistent from a USB

this time, but I see it Sleeping in the System Monitor and it's using
723.3MB of RAM. When I hover over the process name with my pointer,

I can confirm the last comment. On feisty evince this document rendered
fine but on gutsy the text and some pictures are missing. Rendering with
xpdf is fine. When I select the text I can see it, the pictures do not
show. Other PDF files do not show this problem.

tried different themes, but the described behavior happens with any

Ok I had some time to investigate what I discovered (in comment 68).
Still not sure if it's the cause of this bug but I am now able to
reliably reproduce a serious similar bug:
1. launch users-admin
2. create a test1 user
3. create a test2 user (with admin rights)
4. create a test3 user
5. delete
I don't think this is low-priority because a majority of GIMP users try
to edit and therefore load images from the Web. Many do dragdrop
directly from Firefox into GIMP which is also not possible.

This can't work, due the way menus are implemented in X11.
So it looks more like an X11 bug than a policy choice. Should this bug be filed
against X11? There isn't a lot of detail to work
Also getting this with gutsy. Noticed that this is true for not only
and evolution dir brought forward but also if an account is created
fresh.
Further I've noticed that it often applies, some, of the filters but not
all or it will apply the filters on one checkin of mail but not the
next.

I ran Feisty and Totem was ok
Then i've installed Ubuntu Gutsy Tribe 5 (after formating my system) and
since i have this bug with totem-gstreamer :
Totem works well with video files but freezes with audio files (i've tried with
mp3 and ogg
i'd like to precise that Rythmbox works well with mp3/ogg vorbis so
codecs seems ok, and that totem-xine has no problem with ogg vorbis

Interesting. When I plug my headphones in, I can hear sound.
I've fooled with every lever in Volume control to make sure that it was
not muted and had volume, but the only way I've been able to hear sound
is with head phones.
I didn't experience this behavior in 7.04, but do now in 7.10.
