after more testing, I noticed it only happens if you leave it paused for
a while... a few minutes at least. I think it may have to do with the
connection timing out. if you close totem and wait ~the same amount of
time and then reopen the file from nautilus the problem doesn't reoccur.

evince, there is no chance to select pages. Neither 197-208 nor
197,198,... works here. It is the same problem with Acrobat reader.

focus but the cursor still keep the double-arrow mode. So you cant do

This option is in the default gnome print dialog, so I think epiphany
should just use it.

When I select Localization Preferences, it displays a menu without any
region nor languages, and I cannot add any new languages to my setup.
