Hggdh, mcrha helped me again today, we found out that gnomevfs-info
123.xls was responding with an empty mime-type for some reason. We came
up with a fix which I tested in 8 machines here and it fixed the problem
in all of them:
1)mv ~/.mime.types ~/.mime.types.bkp
2)sudo mv /etc/mime.types
I feel the same:
No, the DPI shouldn't be set to 96 on a 150dpi screen. It should be set to 150.
Firefox should cope and offer a way to configure its size (for people who like
small images with large text), instead of forcing everything to be huge.
There should be options (in FF) wheter or not

Correction... I just tried the gutsy live CD, and I guess this combo

nautilus crashed with SIGSEGV in g_drive_eject_finish()
Following my previous comment, I have downloaded the source package for
gnome-power-manager, compiled with --enable-debug=yes.
Now, when I press the power button it outputs the following:
(gnome-power-manager:3857): GnomeUI-CRITICAL **:
gnome_client_request_save: assertion `client != NULL'
