through the Fast User Switcher, the Lock Screen panel applet does not
work. No error is shown and no action is taken.

Sorry again, I am really new to linux world...
I have installed: http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/amd64/vinagre/download
(Vinagre 2.24.2) and I still have exactly same problems ("ALT Gr" + "v" = "v",
but i expect to be like this: "ALT Gr" + "v" = "@")
NumPad keys are arrows and not numbers, so
By the navigation keys I mean:
up (mapped to enter), left (nothing), down (nothing), right (nothing)
arrow keys
pageup (nothing), pagedn (nothing), Home (nothing), End (nothing)
Delete (prntscrn), Insert (nothing), prntscrn (nothing)
The brackets show what I have seen when I use evdev managed key

I agree with Sebastien, at some point after Jaunty reaches its feature
freeze. It would probably be best to then test browsing with Jaunty. If
the version of gvfs in Jaunty resolves the issue, a request to backport
the package to Intrepid and Hardy should be made.

show image animation as well as always load image from the internet just
in case and still is no go.
