No, it's true that nautilus doesn't allows you to create a symlink via right
click create link, but my bug is not this.

While debugging, I found out, that gnome-power-manager isn't the main problem.
In fact, the power-manager uses pm-suspend, if I kill the power-manager and use
pm-suspend, it crashes. But I just found a workaround, which let me use
suspend/resume without killing gpm, I edited /etc/acpi/sleep.sh.
If logout would be followed by gdm-greeter, there would not be an option
to return to a session. Anyway, I can't reproduce the second part. I
mean all the buttons work in gnome-screensaver (Version:
2.24.0-0ubuntu2) unlock dialog. (gdm Version: 2.20.8-0ubuntu3). I am
using Intrepid.

I ran a script to use pdftext to extract the text of this PDF, then
use iconv to display the text of the PDF in each possible converted
encoding.

Hello,
The old server I originally encountered this issue finally succumbed to
age and is no more. Since then, I have built a new server. I tried to
reproduce this issue on both my desktop and my server.
The desktop is running a fresh install of 9.04 and I am not able to
reproduce the issue

- start ubuntu in recovery mode (press esc at startup and choose from menu)
