I am having the same issue. SMB4K will browse the windows network
reliably, but Dolphin will not. I am able to mount a windows share just
fine using cifs. Konqueror fails the same way that Dolphin does. I am
using a pretty much vanilla Jaunty install.
I have seen this work in Jaunty when it was
scrollkeeper: installed version None, latest version: 0.3.14-16ubuntu1
This is correct, no version of scrollkeeper is installed. But i've
installed rarian-compat version 0.8.1-2ubuntu1 as a replacement for
Scrollkeeper.

Running Jaunty 9.04, fully updated as of Monday 18 May 2009.
The Gnome project's decision to implement an unannounced (to the end
user) separate compose key list shows mind-bogglingly poor judgment.
As Jan Minář notes, compose is a powerful mechanism, and quite simple
and easy to use as well.

The default sound imput device is specified as 'Front Mic' while usually
microphone is connected to the 'Mic' connector at the sound card. It is
impossible through the Gnome Control Center to choose the imput device.

I was found 2 bugs in Gnome:
1) If I open any menu and press key (global key in multimedia player or
multimedia keys on keyboard) key not operate. Same is in full screen
mode.
2) In Nautilus: if adjust view list icons and press key for fast search
yura...@yura:~$ debug totem
outputting trace to '/tmp/gdb-totem.txt'
The program 'totem' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadAlloc (insufficient resources for operation)'.
