I have been told by a colleague that it render correctly in karmic,
which mean it must have been fixed. See the attached screenshot for how

I moved a sub-subfolder of my inbox to a subfolder level. All e-mails
still present at this stage.
I then viewed one e-mail in the preview window, then deleted it using
the delete icon. To my dismay all but one other e-mail (the next to be

Evolution
Recovered from bug by deleting the subfolder's .cmeta and .index files,
then restarted Evolution. Can now see the previously missing e-mail
messages.

1) I tried to add a new email folder for my exchange account without success.
2) I logged onto my exchange account on another machine via Outlook and create
a folder
3) When I started evolution, I had all the folders, but my Inbox was empty.

I'm afraid on Ubuntu Karmic gnome-vfs still affects positions of my
desktop icons, but in a little different way.
I try to keep my desktop clean and only put the most necessary things
there. Specifically, I have several symbolic links to some interesting
directories, where I keep my work files.
