i tried the same on a fresh new user and the problem didnt occur for the
test user. so obviously something user profile/settings related
back under my normal user, I noted that in the list each song listed its

I can reproduce the problem consistently on my computer, but only with
Compiz enabled. I realised now that the problem doesn't occur without
Compiz.
1. Enable Compiz (System Preferences Appearance Visual Effects tab
Normal).
2. Move the mouse to the edge of the screen over some gnome-panel
Whoops, scratch all that. I just tried it in a guest session and
couldn't reproduce it. There must be some old setting I've got that
causes it.

lid, docking the notebook, and then opening the lid when docked. If I do

Binary package hint: shared-mime-info
I checked Hardy, Jaunty and Karmic: *.ts files are always mapped to
application/x-linguist by /usr/share/mime/packages/freedesktop.org.xml.
But there are several Linux-based settop boxes that record videos in
*.ts-files. So if

Whilst trying to refine the weather report Locations.xml I noticed there
are many enteries already in the Locations.xml file that resides in
/usr/share/libgweather that cannot be selected via preferences|location
tab. For example - there is

but the same problem in graphs, incomplete images to different zoom

I invoked Yelp from my panel on the Gnome desktop of newly installed
Ubuntu 9.10. Following links from the initial page works fine, but when
I use the search box there is a very long delay: much longer than
searches under Ubuntu 9.04 help. I've not
