Thank you for your bug report. I can't reproduce the issue for evince (or
epdfview), but xpdf consistently crashes. I'd therefore rather reassign this
bug to xpdf.
But you can reproduce evince crashing for all PDF documents? And when you start
it from the command line, you get no error message

Could not test it. Pulseaudio/totem bug with soundblaster live card:
pulseaudio eats 50% of CPU (Duron 700MHz). Additionnally I had to remove
xapian indexing (python apt thingy) stuff as it eats CPU and fairly too
much *resident* memory (100 MB for a 400MB system).

By the way, I have been able to work around this:
1. Backup Evolution settings.
2. Export personal contacts to a .vcf file
3. Erase all personal contacts
4. Backup Evolution to a different file (i.e. nocontacts.tar...)
5. Import the empty file
6. Import the .vcf file to the personal address book.

Inconsistent naming in A program is still
I can not see the problem. I have opened this document with evince and Adobe
reader and I didn't see any differences. Could you give a more detailed
description of the image corruption? Thank you!
