Except this time it's the _grid_ that gets cut-off.

I agree with Colin Law that this is just bad UI design, the text says to
click the row you want to change - but actually you need to click the
actual shortcut.
Clicking the name column of the row does not do anything so just make it
do the same as clicking the shortcut column.

I have a solution that i've tested before.
My problem was that the touchpad didn't work on start up, but only on
log in. In the Xorg's log the SynPS/2 was recognised, but i suppose
there may be a link problem with the driver, so i've adjusted the xorg
configuration.

I've filed this bug against
$ dpkg-query --show indicator-multiload
indicator-multiload 0.2-0+33~17~16~oneiric1
I just noticed the 'glibtop', and the suspected indicator-multiload. I
did a 'tail -f .xsession-errors' and then closed indicator-multiload and
the log entries immediately stopped.

Oh, problems with the event history buffer can originate pretty much
anywhere below GIMP, so wacom driver to X to GTK can be the cause... And
I don't know of any other application outside gimp that uses it... If
you do, let me know.
