I'm affected too in a fully updated Ubuntu 12.04. After the burn process
completed, brasero still exists in memory even though there are no open
windows. I have to terminate it to be able to start it again.

I just imported my rather large collection of music via SMB into rhythmbox
(just navigated to smb://myserver/myshare...) and after several hours where
