I also have this problem. While the error doesn't prevent burning, but
you have to click the message to make it go away every time you insert a
blank disc. It's especially annoying when burning multiple discs.

I'm seeing this bug multiple times a day these days. Using gnome-session
with xmonad, and sakura as my terminal. Seems to happen sometimes when I
switch workspaces, and sometimes when I lock/unlock the screen.

This just happened to me after rebooting. The dialog asks me to change
/home/trusktr to /home/trusktr/Templates.
Before reboot, I had deleted the Templates folder because it was empty.
I guess it noticed, and I proceeded with it's suggestion, which re-
created the Templates folder. You will
I can confirm the same error while trying to send a file from a laptop
runing 130.04 to a paired smartphone. Fresh install of 13.04.

Is there any way to recover from this without restarting? Totem is
completely unusable after this happens even if you kill everything you
think is associated with it.

Still not working in Ubuntu 12.04 or 13.04. Following steps of bug
reporter above still results in the same fail case.
This bug was first reported back in 2009 (see duplicates). It is a
shame it has taken so long to properly fix.
