or so whether the settings daemon from the login manager has exited, and
only when that one has exited, start the settings daemon for the user?

the properties as well, no need to use the command line. Could you try
with a newer version to see if that's still an issue? I can't confirm on

It happened in normal user session, but there autologin was enabled.
It happened in such scenario:
1. Open any folder in Nautilus in the pane view. For example, ~/Documents
2. Create new folder. System creates folder with default name.
3. Change this default name to anything else (valid Linux
Unfortunately neither the old ppa, ppa:attente/1218322 nor the new , the
modifier-only-input-switch fixes the issue on my laptop.
I tried to use also gsettings, I can finally map the keybindigs to ctrl-shift
with the gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.wm.keybindings switch-input-source
I mean: I still can't use the Alt+Shift_L sorry for the
misstypeing

Well, it's expected that when that network connection gets removed,
g-c-c starts properly - it will try to parse existing connections and
then list networks in range.
I'll go ahead and upload the fix I have, I'm reasonably confident it
