Trying the gnome session, the login process and gdm screen work perfectly, but
then in gnome shell, I get a very scaled up interface that is completely
unusable.
Even the mouse cursor size is like 1/4 of the screen's size
Instead, logging back to Unity, the interface shows
Since 16.04 (I think), where Files changed its behavior to show mounted
drives in another window (a bad choice in my opinion, but whatever) this
problem is not reproducible anymore. I marked as fixed thus.

Sergio, what is the snapcraft solution to this? I'm still under the
impression the title (and license) need to go into the snap.yaml, but
you seemed to think it was only out-of-band to the store. Did we get

I've not tried it yet, but I'm sure that uninstalling dbus-user-session
works as a workaround. what concerns me is what consequences will this
have. I checked 16.10 and 17.04 and both have dbus-user-session
installed by default. When I install chrome I don't seem to get the same
issues. I haven't

rebooted (at least I think that was what did it). I need to re-install
