Title:
Horizontal scroll doesn't honor Natural Scrolling
I have switched to mate which uses lightdm i believe. Regardless, I have no
issues on mate 20.04. I am sure there are others with a lenovo m93p tiny
with the same cpu to test this out.

I notice a quite significant stutter when I do following:
1. I lock the shell either via super+l or the ui
2. I click any button or mouse to make the buttom right button appear
3. I click it and the stutter appears
sometimes no stutter is apparent other times it is.
