I have just upgraded to Ubuntu 23.10 (Mantic Minotaur), going through the
regular process of settling in with the new features and so forth, I realised
that the 'locate pointer' is not working as expected.
When

- Start GNOME Terminal
- Lock screen

- Screen is locked, I can unlock and recover my session

Strange window matching
the menu that causes the bug is the 'Mouse and Touchpad(in korean, 마우스 및 터치패드)'
menu.
The graphics card in use is Intel UHD Grapics (Intel Cometlake (Gen9)).
Other than intel-media-va-driver, there are no driver-related packages
installed by me.

I also see this in my system, Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS. Can anyone assist to
resolve this issue.
I installed Ubuntu Server a few days ago. I noticed it was console only,
