I'm not sure whether to call this a GUI bug or a feature. It depends on
whether the device changing its name, but keeping the same ID, should
affect your ability to pair with it.

UPDATE: I am creating this bug in case it comes back again. My Fix was to put
the bluetooth keyboard
aside for a week (not use it), then reconnect after the laptop had been
rebooted after an update
and daily use.
I will post the things that I tried,

Sorry for the delay. Yes, it is because of that. In Gnome 46 is a new
API that allows to mark a window as "desktop window" and should fix it,
and I want to use it, but I'm waiting for 24.04 to go out because it
would be a big change, and I don't want to risk a LTS.

Hi Kai-Heng,
It looks like you're working on this through Salsa. The debdiffs on
this bug mean that this shows in the sponsor queue, so I'm removing
Ubuntu Sponsors from this bug since there looks like no action to take
for Sponsors. Please re-subscribe Sponsors if you feel otherwise.
Thanks!

I feel like that work is something we do want in LTS. There's still 3
weeks before feature freeze and months to fix any bugs thereafter.

Also since we know what the problem is, a fix could be patched into
mutter to accommodate even the older version of DING.

I have the same issue. It is hard to work with docker as those two
processes consume almost 70% of my cpu. The udev rule does not help me
:/
