No, it is not possible. In the first step you choose port/address and in
the second step you choose driver. There is no way you can specify the
name.

Ok, maybe you could try to contact the spca5xx (that's your webcam
driver) and ask him about V4L2.
But I'm using the same driver (with a different webcam) and everything
works fine here, so you shouldn't worry too much
