Binary package hint: totem
I am trying play .wmv video on internet. But it crashed inmediatly.
ProblemType: Crash
Architecture: i386
Date: Fri Mar 30 09:29:12 2007
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 7.04
ExecutablePath: /usr/lib/totem/totem-plugin-viewer
Package: totem-gstreamer 2.18.0-0
Yes, I had the latest updates. It may have been a freak thing. I did
the standard upgrade from 6.10 to Feisty using the command line and
then that brought up the update thing with the upgrade button that I
clicked on. It was using the us repositories.
I fixed it by uninstalling orca and gnopericus.
Seb - one more patch on this. It is to allow edubuntu to use the new
features as well for their handbook. It doesn't add any strings and I've
tested it.
