I can confirm this running Feisty and using gnome-video-thumbnailer from
totem-gstreamer 2.18.1-0ubuntu3. I don't think this is actually a bug,
meaning that nautilusthumbnailer is doing what they are designed to do.

It may be that is is indeed corrupt, I just added some other Japanese tracks
to the library they show up fine.
I put them on my Ipod as a test, and the corrupt tags were still corrupt and
the working tags worked just fine.

Your gconf change is a workaround, it's written nowhere than set the
gconf key to the same value it already has should trigger an update, the
efficient way is to no make any change when not required. As a
workaround you can try to set the value to something else and then back
to the value you want

As we better better effects with GL, compiz... it could be very nice to
have diferent Wallpapers in each Workspace, or the posibility to use one

Thank you for your bug. The default browser on Ubuntu is firefox which
is actively maintained, xulrunner is to universe. To build epiphany with
xulrunner we would have to promote it to main which would mean lot of
extra work. Since building with firefox or xulrunner makes almost no
difference for
