actually show an image. I also get several "atk-bridge-WARNING **:

I figured out it may have to do with how the PDF file was created. In
the attachment, none of the links are activated - meaning, the mouse
pointer does not change when I hover over the link, and the link is not
clickable.

hangs. It's just a blank screen. It can't even open the Log-in window.
This also happens if I decide to switch to another user instead of
locking the screen.
