time in 20 for me. However if I choose a chapter instead of the DVD

0.10.16-1ubuntu2 fixes the problem for me. That package is still

Very odd that in karmic it seems to work. Maybe it is something specific

XAFSPhoton...pdf from comment 4 still does not work with my HP Laserjet
4100 (PPD in comment 15) and Postscript drivers. Same error as
originally reported.

I don't know, I simply upgraded my Pentium 4 (32 bit) from Jaunty (with
all updates) to Karmic, amongst other annoyances this was the worst.
Simply, the trash doesn't show deleted files on my network share on the
Samba server, although the files regularly end up in
share/.Trash-uid/files and
