has been backported to Ubuntu 12.04 or not.

I did from forums i found info to open persistence file:
sudo mkdir /media/casper
sudo mount -o loop casper-rw /media/casper/
then
sudo umount /media/casper/
still theres item in places - see screenshot
and then unmounted usb flash drive.

I am using Ubuntu 12.10 on AMD Turion M II.
Its completely updated.
Video drivers are Gallium 0.4 on AMD RV730 (ATI Mobility 4650) with 'standard'
experience.
What I expected:
The slider to move in sync. according to the new brightness levels.

I've looked into this one a little more.
The problem is with the code in libnautilus-private/nautilius-file-utilities.c
the function nautilus_restore_files_from_trash()
uses nautilus_file_operations_move()
This moves the files from the trash directory back to the path stored in Trash

I have a similar problem. I use LVM and I have several logical volumes
with Ubuntu chroots and LXCs:
