Feature request
When I tryed it the backround is black instead of violet, ubuntu circle
in the logo is still elipse and sometimes the whole screen gets blacked
for more then minute, so it is apparently the same state as before, just
instead of the commandline there is completly black screen with
backlight on.

I was avay from computer when i trued to log in it was deleting my
password so couldnt login and it was spamming incorrect login and after
some time it crashed. Hope, it is not my usb storage dying.

For everyone else though, please note gnome-shell for Ubuntu 18.04 has
not been updated since 6 May. We will let you know here when a fix is
available for testing.

In my experience, there's no such thing :)
But Gnome updated this morning, so I switched window managers and it
doesn't crash anymore.
