As stated from António Fernandes (see nautilus issue #1008 linked
previous message) there is an option of GTK-3 that tune this behavior,
so to return to the same behavior that was in 18.04 for example a user
can apply follow setting ~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini

GNOMEs Hell should be fixed, not the applications.
In all other desktops with dock - Unity, MATE (with Mutiny panel layout)
- it works as expected.

Atm gimp brushes start to draw immediately following mouse click
I believe this could be improved if you simply draw while
mouse moves.

Public bug reported:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
2. Install Kate (or Gwenview, Dolphin)
3. Launch Kate (or Gwenview, Dolphin) from 9-dots-menu
4. Try to pin the application to the dash/dock with "Add to Favorites" option
Expected results:
* the "Add to Favorites" is shown in
Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS
Kernel 4.15.0-58-generic
Totem 3.26.0
Wrong ratio when video opened on rotated (pivot) monitor - issue still
exists.
PS. If I move Totem window from rotated monitor to another, not rotated
one and open video, ratio is correct. I can then move app window to the
rotated monitor

:) All the more reason for Ubuntu 18.04 to receive the fix? Any timeline
planned?
My bad for mixing 16.04 end of life with 18.04.

Ubuntu 18.04 has 4 years of free support remaining, and 9 years of paid
support remaining.

Any chance that this bug will be fixed for Ubuntu 18.04? It still has
about 1.5 years of support life to it?

The event first spans over two days.
Then when I change to a specific time, the time is wrong.
I am in CEST, but it adds one hour to the time. If I correct the time,
it goes back one hour too much. If I
I was just trying to be strictly accurate with the version numbers.
Actually Ubuntu 19.04 is the only version with the fix that's currently
supported.

seems strange the fix isn't made available to a LTS version which is
more highly used than a .10 version.
I tried pressing the nomination button, but it complained that: "You do
