Maximizing ignores docked panles with Xinerama

It started happening since I updated today and version 3.35.90 got
installed. It had been working normally before that.
The total number of bytes received seems to be accurate (I really
downloaded a bit over 1GB of data when the screenshot was taken), but
the transfer rate
Instead of saying "Windows is ready", the window should to usable at
that instance instead of manually going through it.
This is so annoying.
I am using a Cisco Packet tracer, and I need to configure a lot of
switchs & routers. Gnome is not helping at all. I have to click a
router, Alt + Tab
Technically, PPAs with AppStream data or other repositories with broken data
can trigger this as well.
AppStream could make a guess who is to blame for the breakage and give a more
specific error, but that will require some more extensive code changes.
